Nature Leaf Organics offers a shipping-only promotional trial where the product cost is covered by a promotional code and customers pay only for shipping and handling. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers have 30 days from their initial order to pause, skip, or cancel their subscription through the online portal or by contacting our support team via email or phone.

If no cancellation request is received within this 30-day evaluation window, the subscription proceeds as scheduled.
After this period, promotional orders are considered final and are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds or replacements are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items with photo evidence submitted within 7 days of delivery.
